Unofficial translation:

Article 166: Every candidate or political party representative hasthe right to challenge the validity of voting procedures by submitting arequest in the form of a petition deposited in the Constitutional Council within forty eight hours fromannouncing the results.

The Constitutional council inform the challenged contestant topresent his proof documents within four days from the date of notification.

The Constitutional council issue its decision within three daysafter the expiration of this term.

If it is determined that the appeal has basis, then theConstitutional council can issue its decision with justification either to cancelthe contested election or rewrite the election results and declare thecandidate legally elected right.”
