Art. 247 - Plazo de interposici?n:
“La demanda de nulidad, fundada en razones conocidas eld?a de la
elecci?n o a ra?z del escrutinio preliminar, deber?plantearse por escrito ante el TSEdentro del t?rmino de tres d?as contados a partir del d?a en que le haya sidoentregada la documentaci?n que ha de escrutarse. En caso de posibles vicioshallados durante el escrutinio definitivo, la demanda de nulidad deber?presentarse dentro de los tres d?as h?biles siguientes a la realizaci?n delescrutinio de la junta a que se refieren los alegatos.”

Thecomplaint which is found on reasons known on the election day or following thepreliminary counting, should be filed before the Supreme Electoral Tribunalwithin three (3) days from the date the contested documents were submitted tothe Supreme Electoral Tribunal. Complaints against the validity of the finalelection results should be filed within three (3) working days, after the votecounting in the relevant polling station was complete.
