LAW AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ELECTIONOF DEPUTIES TO THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND THE LAW ON ELECTION OF DEPUTIES TO THEPEOPLE'S COUNCILS
68.1. After counting the votes, the Election Team shall make a report onthe vote count result. The report must clearly state:
a) The total number of voters of the electorate;
b) The number of voters who have cast their votes;
c) The number of distributed ballot papers;
d) The number of received ballot papers;
e) The number of valid votes;
f) The number of invalid votes;
g) The number of votes for each candidate;
h) The complaints received, complaints already settled and settlementresults, and complaints referred to the Election Board for settlement.
2. The report shall be made in three copies, each with the signatures of theHead and the secretary of the Election Team and two voters who have witnessedthe vote count. Within three days after the election day, the report shall besent to the Election Board and the People's Committee and the Standing Board ofthe Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, ward or township.'

LAW ON THE ELECTION OF DEPUTIESTO THE PEOPLE'S COUNCILS (No. 12/2003/QH11, November 26, 2003)
Article 58.- On-spot complaints about the vote-counting shall be received and settledby the Election Teams and the ways of settlement thereof shall be clearlyinscribed in records. If the Election Teams cannot settle them, they mustreport such to the Election Boards for settlement.
