Article 102: Votescounting
4. The lists delegates shall have the right to examine the separate lotsof voting ballots, without changing their composition, and, in case they havedoubts or objections about the counting or the qualification given to the voteof any ballot, have the right to ask for clarifications or to submit complaintsor protests before the president [of the polling station].
5. If the complaint or protest are not taken into consideration by thepolling station, the voting ballots under complaints or protest are separated,annotated on the reverse, with an indication of the qualification given by thestation and of the complaint or protest grounds, and rubricated by thepresident and by the list delegate if he/she wishes to do so.

5- Se a reclama??o ou proteston?o forem atendidos pela mesa, os boletins de voto reclamados ou protestadoss?o separados, anotados no verso, com a indica??o da qualifica??o dada pelamesa e do objecto da reclama??o ou do protesto e rubricados pelo presidente e,se o desejar, pelo delegado da lista.

Article 107: General counting of theConstituency
Thecounting of election results in each constituency and the announcement ofelected candidates is a responsibility of a general counting assembly, which startsits operations at 9:00 am of the 2nd. day after the election, ina location that its president designates for the purpose.
O apuramento dos resultados daelei??o em cada c?rculo eleitoral e a proclama??o dos candidatos eleitoscompetem a uma assembleia de apuramento geral, que inicia os seus trabalhos ?s9 horas do 2? dia posterior ao da elei??o, no local para o efeito designadopelo presidente da assembleia de apuramento geral.
Article 110: Preliminaryoperation
1. At the beginning of its operations, the counting assembly shall decideabout the ballots about which there have been complaints or protests,correcting, if necessary, the counting of the corresponding polling station.
Complaints are submitted during the partial counting, which takesplace after the end of voting.
