Article 35-1 (1)The submitters of candidatelists have the right to read the vote-counting minutes and contest theseminutes by presenting their objections to the Central Election Commission within three days after theelection results, as recorded in the vote-counting minutes have been approved.The Central Election Commission shall examine the complaint and take a decisionwithin three days.
