Article 78. 3. After the officialpublication of the results of elections, a referendum, an appeal of violationof the electoral rights of citizens and the right of citizens to participate ina referendum that occurred during the period of the election campaign, a referendumcampaign may be submitted to a court within one year after the day of the official publication of theresults of corresponding election, referendum.

4. A decision on appeals received before thevoting day during the period of an election campaign, a referendum campaignshall be taken within five days but not later than the day preceding the votingday, and immediately if received on the voting day or the day following thevoting day. If the facts stated in appeals require additional check, decisionson them shall be taken within ten days. A court shall make a decision withregard to an appeal of a commission’s decision on voting results, results ofelections, referendum within two months after the day on which the appeal wassubmitted.
