Quote:

'105.1 Complaints concerning the conduct of the count at the C&RCshall be submitted in writing to the ECAP within twenty four (24) hours of the occurrence of thealleged violation.'

 

'119.1 A person who has a legal interestin a matter within the jurisdiction of ECAP, or whose rights  concerning the electoral process asestablished by this law or electoral rule have been violated, may submit a complaint to the ECAP withintwenty four (24) hours after the close of the polling stations (…)'

 

Article 3. Definitions

“Count and Results Centre” (CRC) shall meanthe location where Conditional Ballots

(CBs), out of Kosovo ballots, and any RegularBallots as required by the CEC  or

ECAP are counted, RRFs from each PS are audited and tabulated, and the final

result is compiled;
