Article25 of the law 345/10,06,1976, Official Gazette vol. A issue 141

1. The application must be lodged within fifteen days of the publicationof the contested decision proclamation Members or alternates. Inimplementing proportional representation system provides distributions seats,the period for lodging an application in the proclamation, on any distribution,counted from the date of publication of the decision on the proclamation, bywhich make up the total number of parliamentary seats in the constituency.

2. Within the preceding paragraph by given deadline allowed exercisableadditional grounds.

3. The application and additional reasons exercised by notice ordeposited as in article 8 par. 1 of this designated or engaged by bailiff tothe prosecutor of the issuing court delivered decision.

4. The application has no inhibitory effect
