? Article 44 (2)Article 82(1) to (4) of the Constitution shall apply for the determination ofthe question as to whether a person has been validly elected as a directlyelected member of the National Assembly or nominated as a proportionatelyelected member of the National Assembly.
? Article 44 (4) Anelection petition to determine the question referred to in subsection (2) maybe presented within 10 days of the publication of the results under section38(2) or the publication of the names in the Gazette under paragraph 5 ofSchedule 4 of the Constitution as the case may be.
