(4) The appeal must be receivedby the Bundestag within a term of two months after the polling day. If, afterthe expiration of this term, the President of the Bundestag learns, in his orher official capacity, of circumstances that might substantiate a pollingfault, he or she may file an appeal within a month of these circumstancesbecoming known.
