Maximum complaint time since announcement of election results

Art. 73 (2): Similarly,the provisional results of legislative, provincial, urban, communal and localelections may be challenged within eight days from their announcement by theIndependent National Electoral Commission, by:

1. The political party or group that have nominated a candidate or his/her representative;
2. The independent candidate or his/her representative.

-le parti politique ou le regroupement politique ayant pr?sent? un candidat ouson mandataire ;

-le candidat ind?pendant ou son mandataire.?)
