Article 70 (2) The complaint shall be filed with the county electoral committeewithin three days as of the act prescribed in subsection (1) of thissection being performed.

Article 71. (1) If an interested person finds that a resolution oract of a county electoral committee or an act of the Electronic VotingCommittee violates his or her rights, the person may file a complaint with theNational Electoral Committee. A person whose complaint against an act of avoting district committee is dismissed by a county electoral committee may filea complaint against the act of the voting district committee with the NationalElectoral Committee.

(2) The complaint shall be filed with the county electoralcommittee which adopted the resolution or performed the act against which thecomplaint is filed or which reviewed the complaint filed against an act within three days as of theresolution or act prescribed in subsection (1) of this section being adopted orperformed. The county electoral committee shall forward the complaint togetherwith its written explanation promptly to the National Electoral Committee.

(3) The complaint againstan act of the Electronic Voting Committee shall be filed with the NationalElectoral Committee within threedays as of the act prescribed in subsection (1) of this section beingperformed.
