92.Election petitions - (1) Where any candidate or fiveelectors are dissatisfied with the result of any election held in the constituencyfor which that candidate is nominated, or in which those electors areregistered, they may, within seven days after the declaration of the results ofthe poll by the Chief Electoral Officer by petition filed in the Court demandan inquiry into the conduct of the election or any candidate or other personthereat.
