93, Every election petitionshall be tried by the Court of Anpeal in terms of Article 144 of the Constitution.

95. An election petition may bepresented to the Court of Appeal by anyone or more of the following persons,nemely:-

(a) some person claiming to have hada right to be returned or elected at such election;

(b) some person alleging himselfto have been a candidate at such election
