5. If the complaint or protest were not attended by the polling station,the voting ballots under complaints or protest are separated, annotated onthe reverse, with an indication of the qualification given by thestation and of the complaint or protest grounds, and rubricated by thepresident and by the list delegate if he/she wishes to do so.

6. The unmet complaints or protests do not prevent the counting of thevoting ballot for partial counting purposes.

6- Areclama??o ou protesto n?o atendidos n?o impedem a contagem do boletim de votopara efeitos de apuramento parcial.
