The NationalElections Act, 2012 does not specify expressly whether the Commission issupposed to hold a hearing in determination of disputes filed with it. Article111 (3)of the Act provides that “Objections made against the provisional results shall be dealt with inten days from the date of receipt of such objections by the Commission, exceptwhere the Commission declares an extension for the purpose of ensuring correctadjudication.”
