'Article 131

Content of the decision to accept for reviewthe administrative complaint

1. In the decision to accept for review anadministrative complaint,  the CEC shall specify the dateand hour of the examination of the case in a public session. Thedecision is posted for the public at the entrance of the CEC headquarters nolater than two hours after it has been taken.

2. The review hearing takes place no earlier than 24 hours and nolater than 48 hours from the date the decision to accept the request has beenannounced.'
