TheLocal Court (Partial Court) Judge, within which the polling centre is located, shall consider all challengesrelated to the electoral process as a whole, and adjudicate on thechallenge within three days from the date of submission. The ruling shall besubstantiated. The complainant may lodge an appeal against these decisionsbefore the head of the Primary Court or his/her delegate, within three daysfrom the date of delivery of the ruling, which shall be adjudicated withinthree days. The ruling shall be final and binding for the Commission toimplement.
