Artículo ciento doce

3. Al d?a siguiente de su presentaci?n, el Presidente de la Junta ha deremitir a la Sala competente el escrito de interposici?n, el expedienteelectoral y un informe de la Junta en el que se consigne cuanto se estimeprocedente como fundamento del acuerdo impugnado. La resoluci?n que ordena laremisi?n se notificar?, inmediatamente despu?s de su cumplimiento, a losrepresentantes de las candidaturas concurrentes en la circunscripci?n,emplaz?ndoles para que puedan comparecer ante la Sala dentro de Ios dos d?assiguientes.

Theday after its presentation, the Chairman of the Junta Electoral (N.B. electoralcommission) must submit to the competent Division the filed brief, theelectoral record and a report from the Junta Electoral when deemed appropriateas basis for the grounds of the complain. The resolution ordering the remissionshall notified, immediately after its fulfilment, the representatives of thecandidates competing in the district, scheduling them to appear before the Divisionwithin the next two days.
