60.Decisions of Court in election disputes
(1) On hearing a petition the Supreme Courtmay -
(a) declare the election to which thepetition relates is void;
(b) declare a candidate other than theperson whose election is questioned was duly elected; or
(c) dismiss the petition and declare thatthe person whose election is questioned was duly elected.
