Requirement to hold a hearing

Assembly Rule n. 246 published on the Official Journalon the 21^st  of October 1998

Art. 13.1: If the Committee declares that the election is under dispute, theChairman of the Board shall decide the date and time of the public hearinggiving notice to the parties. At least twenty days shall pass from the noticeto the parties to the public hearing; the date can not be postponed, except incases of force majeure

Art 13.1:Qualora la Giunta deliberi la contestazione di una elezione, ilPresidente della Giunta fissa il giorno e l'ora della seduta pubblica, dandonecomunicazione alle parti. Dal giorno della comunicazione alle parti a quellodella seduta pubblica devono trascorrere almeno venti giorni; la data fissatanon pu? essere differita, salvo casi di forza maggiore

Art. 14.1:If the Committee declares that the election is underdispute, the Chairman of the Board, in agreement with the President of theSenate, shall decide the date and time for the public hearing, which normallyshall besole and can not be postponed, except in case of force majeure.

Art. 14.1:Se l'elezione viene dichiarata contestata, ilPresidente della Giunta, d'intesa con il Presidente del Senato, fissa il giornoe l'ora per la seduta pubblica, che normalmente sar? unica e non potr? esseredifferita, tranne in caso di forza maggiore
