CHAPTER VII ELECTIONDISPUTES
56. Procedureon receipt of petition by the Commissioner.—(1) If the Commissioner findsthat any provision of section 52, section 53 or section 54 has not beencomplied with, the petition shall be dismissed forthwith.
(2) If anelection petition is not dismissed under sub-section (1), the Commissionershall refer it for trial to a Tribunal.
