Art. 277.

 Le tribunal statue au fond, dans les vingtjours suivant la date ? laquelle il a ?t? saisi.

Le greffe du tribunal donne avisde ce recours, par lettre recommand?e, ? l’administration communale concern?e quiinforme les candidats et le public par les voies ordinaires.

Art. 277.

  The Tribunal [Court] decides on the merits [grounds],within twenty days after the date on which it was entered.

The clerk of the court shall give notice of the appeal by registeredmail to the local authority that informs the applicants and the public throughregular channels.
