II. ELECTORAL COMMISSIONS

Article 20. Consideration ofcomplaints on decisions of electoral commissions

Organs of political parties,which have nominated candidates, candidates themselves, proxies, observers andvoters may apply to higher electoral commissions or to the court about decisionsof electoral commissions within ten days after decisions have been taken.

Decisions of the CentralCommission for Elections and Referenda may be appealed to the Supreme Court of theRepublic of Tajikistan within ten days after these decisions have been taken.

A complaint must be considered within three days after its submission,but if there are less than 6 days left before elections, it is consideredimmediately.
