Requirement to issue reasoned decision

Article 25. During preparation and conduct of the electionof deputies of the State Duma the Central Election Commission of the RussianFederation, acting within the scope of its powers established by the FederalLaws, shall:

26)considers complaints (applications) concerning decisions and actions (inaction)of the election commissions of the subjects of the Russian Federation and theirofficials and take reasoned decisions on such complaints (applications);

Article 26. 1. During preparation and conduct of theelection of deputies of the State Duma the election commission of the subjectof the Russian Federation shall:

22)considers complaints (applications) concerning decisions and actions (inaction)of the territorial election commissions and their officials and take reasoneddecisions regarding such complaints (applications);

Article 27. 1. During preparation and conduct of theelection of deputies of the State Duma the territorial election commissionshall:

3)coordinate the work of precinct election commissions n the given territory,consider complaints (applications) concerning decisions and actions (inaction)of these election commissions and adopt reasoned decisions thereon;
