Art. 277.

 Le tribunal statue au fond, dans les vingtjours suivant la date ? laquelle il a ?t? saisi.

Le greffe du tribunal donne avisde ce recours, par lettre recommand?e, ? l’administration communale concern?equi informe les candidats et le public par les voies ordinaires.

Art. 277.

  The Tribunal [Court] decides on the merits [grounds],within twenty days after the date on which it was entered.

The clerk of the court shall give notice of the appeal byregistered mail to the local authority that informs the applicants and thepublic through regular channels.
