Article 73

Issuing credentials for elected candidates is dependenton the absence of an invalidation ruling from the Guardian Council; and theGuardian Council must announce its opinion on the election’s validity as soonas possible; and the Interior Ministry is required to immediately order theissuance of the credentials.

There is no legalrequirement in the Legislative election law or its bylaws on Guardian Councilto issue reasoned decision in challenges regarding election parliament results.However, we preferred to check Yes as an answer. The reason is all forms forGuardian Council are detailed forms where it has to mention the reason for itsdecision.
