Article24. Periods for Consideration of Appeals by the Constitutional Council
The Constitutional Council shall accept petitionsaccepted for processing and it shall passing it resulting decisions within one month from thedate of receipt of the petition. This term pursuant to the requirement of thePresident of the Republic outlined in writing may be reduced down to ten daysif the issue is urgent.
