Requirement to issue reasoned decision

Artículo ciento trece

1. Concluido el per?odo probatorio, en su caso, la Sala, sin m?str?mite, dictar? Sentencia en el plazo de cuatro d?as.

2. La Sentencia habr? de pronunciar alguno de los fallos siguientes:

c) Nulidad de acuerdo de proclamaci?n de uno o varios electos yproclamaci?n como tal de aqu?l o aqu?llos a quienes corresponda.

d) Nulidad de la elecci?n celebrada en aquella o aquellas Mesas queresulten afectadas por irregularidades invalidantes y necesidad de efectuarnueva convocatoria en las mismas, que podr? limitarse al acto de la votaci?n, ode proceder a una nueva elecci?n cuando se trate del Presidente de unaCorporaci?n Local, en todo caso en el plazo de tres meses a partir de lasentencia. No obstante, la invalidez de la votaci?n en una o varias Mesas o enuna o varias Secciones no comportar? nueva convocatoria electoral en las mismascuando su resultado no altere la atribuci?n de esca?os en la circunscripci?n.

Article 113

1. Once the probationary period is concluded, ifapplicable, the Section, without any further formality, shall issue a judgmentwithin four days.

2. The judgement shall pronounce any of thefollowing aspects:

c) The Invalidity of the proclamation act of one ormore of the elected and the proclaimed of those affected by such proclamation.

d) Invalidation of the election held in thebooths/electoral desks affected by disabling irregularities and the need to callfor a new electoral procedure on the same, which can be limited to the act ofvoting, or to a new election in the case of the President of a localcorporation, in any case within three months from the sentence date. However,the invalidity of voting in one or more voting desks or in one or more sectionswill not involve a new election when the result does not change the allocationof seats in the constituency.
