118. Certificate of Court as to result ofelection - At the conclusion of the trial of an election petition the Courtshall determine whether the member whose election or return is complained of,or any and what other person, was duly elected or returned, or whether theelection was void, and shall forthwith certify in writing the determination tothe Speaker and the determination so certified shall be final to all intentsand purposes.
