S 6.2

Commission upon receipt of the complaint of the contestant shall withinthirty (30) days cite the parties; conduct an impartial investigation, andrender a determination as provided for in Paragraph 2 of this section. Thedetermination shall be accompanied by a summary of the investigation and thereason for it.
