Article 102: Votescounting

5.. If the complaint or protest were notattended by the polling station, the voting ballots under complaints orprotest are separated, annotated on the reverse, with an indication ofthe qualification given by the station and of the complaint or protest grounds,and rubricated by the president and by the list delegate if he/she wishes to doso.

5- Se a reclama??o ouprotesto n?o forem atendidos pela mesa, os boletins de voto reclamados ouprotestados s?o separados, anotados no verso, com a indica??o da qualifica??odada pela mesa e do objecto da reclama??o ou do protesto e rubricados pelopresidente e, se o desejar, pelo delegado da lista.

Article 110:Preliminary operation

1.. At the beginning of its operations, the counting assembly shalldecide about the ballots about which there have been complaints orprotests, correcting, if necessary, the counting of the corresponding pollingstation.

1- No in?cio dos seus trabalhos, a assembleia de apuramento decide sobre osboletins de voto em rela??o aos quais tenha havido reclama??o ou protesto,corrigindo, se for caso disso, o apuramento da respectiva assembleia de voto.

Article 113: Record of the general counting

1. A record of thegeneral counting shall be immediately completed, containing the results of thecorrespondent operations, the complaints, protests and counter-protestssubmitted in accordance with the nr. 3 of the article 108 and the decisionsabout those.
