TheLocal Court (Partial Court) Judge, within which the polling centre is located,shall consider all challenges related to the electoral process as a whole, andadjudicate on the challenge within three days from the date of submission. The ruling shall be substantiated.The complainant may lodge an appeal against these decisions before the head ofthe Primary Court or his/her delegate, within three days from the date ofdelivery of the ruling, which shall be adjudicated within three days. Theruling shall be final and binding for the Commission to implement.
