Appeal to Court of Appeal
An appeal shalllie as of right to the Court of Appeal from any decision of the High Courtwhich involves the interpretation of this Constitution, other than a decision of the High Court
under section 69(1) of this Constitution:
Provided that noappeal shall lie from a determination of the High Court under this sectiondismissing an application on the ground that it is frivolous or vexatious.

Determination ofquestions as to membership of National Assembly
(1) The HighCourt shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any question whether—
(a) any personhas been validly elected as an Elected Member of the National Assembly or theseat of any such Member has become vacant;
(b) any personhas been validly elected as Speaker of the Assembly or, having been so elected,has vacated the office of Speaker.
