CHAPTER VII ELECTIONDISPUTES
67. Decisionof the Tribunal.—
(2) Save asprovided in sub-section (3), the decision of a Tribunal on an election petitionshall be final.
[(3) Any personaggrieved by a decision of the Tribunal may, within thirty days of theannouncement of the decision, appeal to the Supreme Court and the decision ofthe Supreme Court on such appeal shall be final.
