In the case where the findingsreveal that an election in a polling station or constituency was conducted inan unfair or illegal manner but the Election Commission is of the opinion thatthere is no ground to call for a new election as it will not affect the resultsof the election already held, the Election Commission may order the dismissal.
The decision of the Election Commission underthis Section shall be final.
