Artículo ciento catorce

2. Contra la misma (sentencia) no procede recurso contencioso alguno,ordinario ni extraordinario, salvo el de aclaraci?n, y sin perjuicio delrecurso de amparo ante el Tribunal Constitucional. El amparo debe solicitarseen el plazo de tres d?as y el Tribunal Constitucional debe resolver sobre elmismo en los quince d?as siguientes.

No administrativeappeal is possible against this judgement, nor ordinary, nor extraordinary, butthe clarification appeal, and the Recurso/Remedy of “amparo” [protection ofconstitutional rights)] to the Constitutional Court. The application foramparo must be requested within three days and the Constitutional Court shouldresolve in a fifteen daystime.

Comment
Unlesswhen dealing with issues related to Constitutional Rights or for matters ofclarification, there are no possibilities to appeal to the Administrative Division of the Supreme Court decisions.
