(a) Thepetitioner who is dissatisfied with the decision of the Election Tribunal orthe person who is included as a respondent may apply to amend the legal errorwithin the prescribed period tothe Commission in the prescribed manner. Only if a question of law arises thereis the right to apply under this Section.
(b) Ifthere is no petition to the Commission within the prescribed period underSub-Section (a), the Commission shall publish the decisions of the ElectionTribunal or Election Tribunals in the official Gazette.
