BERMUDA CONSTITUTION ORDER 1968
Section 33:
“(1) TheSupreme Court shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any questionwhether:
(b) anyperson has been validly elected as a member of the House of Assembly;
(2) Anapplication to the Supreme Court for the determination of
(b) anyquestion under paragraph (b) of that subsection may be made by any personregistered as such an elector in the constituency in which the election towhich the application relates was held or by any person who was a candidate inthat constituency at that election or by the Attorney-General;
(4) An appeal shall lie as of right to theCourt of Appeal on any final decision of the Supreme Court determining sucha question as is referred to in subsection (1) of this section.”
