Article 49Appeals 

1. Appealsagainst the provisional tabulation of the national results published by CNEshall be filed within twenty-four hours of their posting with the plenary ofSTJ, which shall immediately notify the

interestedparties and make a decision within the same time limit.

 

Article 50

Proclamation ofresults and validation of election

1. Once appealshave been decided upon pursuant to item 1 of Article 49 above, or after thetime limit has been expired without any appeal being filed, STJ shall proceedto the analysis of the documents forwarded to it by CNE and shall issue adecision on the validation of the elections for the National Parliament and,through its President, it shall proclaim the final results within a maximumperiod

of seventy-two hours,announcing mandatorily the total number of registered and voting electors, thetotal number of votes obtained per list, the blank votes and the null and voidvotes, the distribution of the seats by the running lists and the determinationof the candidates elected per each list.
