Article14. (1) The Constitutional Court shall rule through decisions, resolutionsand orders.
(2) The Court shall rule on the merits of a disputewith a decision.
(3) Decisions shall be published in the StateGazette within 15 days of their adoption and shall enter into force 3 daysafter publication.
(4) Decisions on disputes concerning the legalityof the election of the President, the Vice President or a member of theNational Assembly, on establishing ineligibility for election or incompatibilityof a member of the National Assembly, as well as on the inability to dischargehis duties and incompatibility of a Constitutional Court justice, shall enterinto force from the date of ruling.
(5)The Court Acts are final.
