Art.87: The Chamber of Deputies is the only organ that can validate theelection of its members. It shall take definitive decisions on any disputes,complaints and, in general, on all claims submitted (…).

 

Art.87: Alla Camera dei deputati ? riservata la convalidadella elezione dei propri componenti. Essa pronuncia giudizio definitivo sullecontestazioni, le proteste e, in generale, su tutti i reclami presentati (…).

Accordingto the Constitution (Art 66) only the chambers are responsible for the NationalElectoral Dispute Resolutions in order to preserve, in front of other powers,the right of the Chambers to decide on disputes regarding their composition.Therefore as stated in the article 87 of the D.P.R. n. 361- 30 March 1957 all decisions takenby the assembly on electoral disputes are not appealable.
