84 (3) At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court shall determinewhether the member whose return or election is complained of or any other andwhat person, was duly returned or elected, or whether the election was void,and shall certify such
determination to the Governor-General and, upon such certificationbeing given, such determination shall befinal and shall not be questioned in any proceedings, nor shall any appeal lietherefrom to any court; and the election shall be confirmed, or a new electionshall be held, as the case may require, in accordance with such certificate:
