Issuingcredentials for elected candidates is dependent on the absence of aninvalidation ruling from the Guardian Council; and the Guardian Council mustannounce its opinion on the election’s validity as soon as possible; and theInterior Ministry is required to immediately order the issuance of thecredentials.

Guardian Council isvery special EMB body. It has absolute power over solving election disputes andits decisions cannot be appealed in front of any other body; whether it anotherEMB or court.
