36.(3)Hearing of election petition
At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court shall determinewhether the member whose return or election is complained of, or any other andwhat person, was duly returned or elected, or whether the election was void,and shall certify such determination to the Electoral Commission, in the caseof a petition relation to the Maneaba ni Maungatabu, or to the Chief ElectoralOfficer, in the case of a petition relating to a council, and, upon suchcertificate being given, such determination shall be final and shall not bequestioned in any proceedings; and the election shall be confirmed, or a new election shall be held, as the asmay require, in accordance with such certificate:
