Art. 115 (new)

The National ElectionCommittee shall rule on the complaint within forty eight

(48) hours after receiving thecomplaint.

If the National ElectionCommittee finds that the complaint is unacceptable,

the National ElectionCommittee shall:

- fill out the rejection formby indicating the reasons and the date of the

rejection;

- provide a copy of therejection to the complainant or/and the political

party;

- inform the complainantor/and the political party that pursuant to the

Article 117 (new) of this Law,he/she or the political party has the right to

appeal in writing to theConstitutional Council within seventy two (72)

hours after receiving theobjection notice;

- send a copy of the rejectionto the Constitutional Council for information

and keep one copy for filing.
