Article52. Persons who have been found guilty of usingviolence, deceit, threats, bribery or any other illegitimate means in order tohinder citizens from voting or from campaigning or who have intentionally givenfalse personal information in the documents required by Article 11 of this Lawor persons who have otherwise counterfeited election documents, deliberatelymiscounted the votes, trespassed the rule of confidentiality in voting orotherwise violated this Law shall be made liable as provided by law.

Article 52-1(1) Within five days after receiving a sentence in a criminal caseregarding violations committed during the election, the Central ElectionCommission shall evaluate whether these violations have affected the allocationof seats in the parliament and shall adopt one of the following decisions:

1) not to reallocate the seats in theparliament among the registered candidates;

2) to reallocate the seats in theparliament among the registered candidates.

(2)The decision of the Central Election Commission specified in Paragraph 1 ofthis Article may be appealed in court within 10 days the decision is adopted.
