Article (114): Thesheer submission of contests shall neither deter the Supreme Committee fromannouncing final election results nor shall such cases prevent same Committeefrom awarding successful candidates certificates confirming their status aswinners. Pending resolution of contentious issues, winning candidatesshall be entitled to attend parliamentary sessions.
