Article 70
If, after reviewing complaints and reports, theExecutive Board determines that the election affairs in one or several brancheshave deviated from the normal course and were not conducted properly, it will void the results fromthe indicated branch(es) with the approval of the Supervisory Board, if [thisinvalidation] does not affect the overall outcome of the election.
Clause. In case voiding all or partsof the votes from one or more ballot boxes affects the outcome of the election,the decision is with the Guardian Council.
