85A. An appeal from theHigh Court in an election petition concerning membership of the NationalAssembly, Senate or the office of county governor shall lie to the Court ofAppeal on matters of law only and shall be—
? filed within thirty days of the decisions ofthe High Court; and
? Heard and determined within six months of thefiling of the appeal.
